Community Seed Library

Our Community Seed Library is a shared resource built around the idea that seeds should be accessible to everyone. Whether you’re growing vegetables, herbs, native plants, or cut flowers, we want this space to help more people grow, learn, and participate.

The library runs on generosity, trust, and community care. Take what you need, grow what you can, and if you’re able, bring seeds back to share with others in the future.

How It Works:

-Take Seeds-
Seeds are free to the community. Browse the collection and take what you’ll realistically use for your garden or growing space.
You’re welcome to use your own container or the small bags and envelopes provided.

-Return Seeds-
If your plants go to seed, consider saving and returning a portion to the library so others can grow them too. Even small seed donations help keep the library stocked and diverse.

Donations keep the library running!

While everything here is free to access, seed and monetary donations help us continue expanding the library and keeping it stocked throughout the year.

Donating Seeds

Seed donations can be dropped off during regular business hours.

Please label donated seeds with:

  • Plant variety or common name

  • Harvest year, if known

  • Any helpful growing notes
